Faster - Matt Nathanson

This is going to be a ridiculously short blog post because it's rather ridiculously late... I thought I'd try and be very productive late at night by consuming coffee. Silly child. Now my mind is buzzing, my body is twitching and all I really want to do is go to sleep. Good Times. Anyway so I had a bit of a rare flash of brilliance, I was going to tell you about it but then I realised that I'd probably end up getting more views if I use the element of surprise (aka the only element which Piri Weepu recognises). So here's me being a little bit mysterious... Dum, dum, dum! I'll tease it out a little bit. Firstly it's a good surprise. Hopefully it will make everyone's lives a little bit more interesting.

Unfortunately I don't really have much/anything to really blog about. I'm in the midst of intense exam prep atm you see. It's rather vile. I don't think anyone actually enjoys studying though and in reality I don't think it's the content that I dislike about it but rather it's the fact that I have to do it. I obviously must have a bit of a wild-rebel-against-the-man complex. Although it is buried quite deep inside of me. Having said that I'd definitely be keen for some protesting. What a shame I haven't seen any demonstrations around Palmy! Oh except for the one that that weird woman was in which involved about fifteen people. They were protesting against the pollution of the Manawatu river and she felt obliged to show us (complete strangers) the newspaper clipping of her protesting efforts.

Oh and I'm rather obsessed with the song that's the name of this blog post atm. So much in fact that I'm actually contemplating learning how to play it on the guitar (it is rather sad to have learnt guitar for two years, know all the chords yet be unable to play a single song (except for the one that I learnt on my very first guitar lesson...A-D-E-D...aka the chords for wild thing))

3 Good Things
*Cheese, relish, gherkin grilled waffle sandwich. Oh so GOOD!
*The AB's parade in Auckland. Not that I was there but it just made me chuckle a little bit that they were driving around on the back of utes. So very kiwi.... 'Oh shoot Steevo what are we gunna do bout this victory parade?' 'No worries we'll just borrow Marty's ute, chuck some flags on it from last night and drive 'em round.' 'Sweet as bro'. Yeah, the kiwi attitude... Having said that I did feel that the streamers were a nice touch.
*The power of caffeine... sort of...

After Dinner Mint:
next year = Culture in Palmerston North/apologies if this totally didn't make sense...
N2S:Claim that wonderful recipe! TBC

Oh and I found this! Isn't it cute!!!
Small confession.... I may have done a little bit of Chuck related procrastination today....
