The first thing that I discovered is that I should establish a sleep routine (you have to do this routine for 3 weeks before you get stuck into it). Tonight is the first night of said routine. The first part is that I'm going to fast for 3 hours before I go to sleep. Yeah didn't really happen tonight since I got home late and then there was that delicious blueberry cookie which I simply loved and I made and my sister complimented. The second thing is to do exercise sometime during the day. The third is to have milk before bed and the last is to put my pillow in the refrigerator. No I'm not going to do that last one although it was on wiki help which makes me think of the crazy individuals who must post on wiki help it would be interesting to read the one for how to get your toast out of the toaster. I bet someone would have written. Put a fork in and fish it out. Mind you to actually have to read an Internet page on that you'd have to be reasonably special...
I'm unique. I see things in weird ways. This strange perspective means that I have very unique wonderings. This here is a blog dedicated to all of those wonderings, discoveries and general musings involving the craziness that is life.

Learning to Sleep
This post is about sleep. Recently before the mock exams I had a few issues with catching those elusive zzz's so for that reason I've decided that for the real exams I'm not going to have that same problem. My first idea was to get a script for some handy sleeping pills, but then I found out that those really aren't great for you. So instead I turned to Mr Internet. There really is a wealth of information out there and all that you have to do is type a few words into google. Remarkable it is. I wish I'd thought of Google before those blokes...

Pillow in the fridge?

Just a quick word... isn't it elusive, not illusive?
