I'm unique. I'm the kind of person who doesn't stick to the norm. My life reflects this. I watch tv on the computer, I read half one book then half another then I return to the first book and my baking is...interesting. I try to be unique and I try to experiment. For example a little while ago I tried making yoyo's. I tried to make them chocolate yoyo's so I added melted chocolate instead of putting int custard powder. Long story short it was a disaster. But I learnt something that I never would have learnt had I just followed the instructions.
Yesterday i tried making rocky road cup cakes. They were chocolate with chocolate chips, marshmallow and almond. The marshmallows melted and sunk right through. This then meant that they were disgustingly greasy. They still tasted nice but they were greasy. They weren't a success but this failure has given me an idea for another kind of cupcake. You'll be hearing more about them soon. Smore cakes......
Message for today: Experiment try things out you never know what works and what doesn't unless you try.
